SAVE THE DATE!!! 2025 Spring Conference - March 19th!! Looking for sponsors!!
As we look forward to the spring season ahead, we are excited to announce the return of the Illinois ASHRAE’s Spring Conference! On Wednesday, March 19th, at the UBS Tower, our chapter will be hosting a day packed with learning, networking, and camaraderie. Our Spring Conference will feature seminars, exhibits, and various gathering events, all culminating in a Happy Hour reception. Under one roof, you'll join ASHRAE members and the HVAC engineering community. We're thrilled to gather again in 2025 and excited to host this event once more!
It's time to SAVE THE DATE and mark your calendars. This year, you can choose from several presentations across three concurrent tracks: Designing for Tomorrow’s Challenges & Goals, New Face of Building Automation, and Back to the Basics! Earn Professional Development Hours (PDHs) while expanding your professional knowledge. Breakfast and lunch are included. Following the day's final seminars, join us for a Happy Hour reception to network with presenters and other participants.
In the following weeks we will be sending out official registration and list of presentation topics.

The deadline for annual Illinois Chapter ASHRAE Scholarships in 2024 is January 31st. The Chapter plans to award up to four $1,500 scholarships to deserving college students interested in pursuing studies in engineering, science or mathematics that are fundamental for a career in the HVAC field. It's quick and simple to apply for one of these scholarships. Applicants do not need to belong to an ASHRAE student chapter.
Don't let this opportunity to lower the educational expenses of the college student (and future engineer) in your life pass you by. For additional information and application form, click here.

The January 31 deadline has been extended this year to February 14 for 2025 applications the Chapter plans to announce scholarship recipients in the Spring of 2025.
Call For Chicago Winter Conference Volunteers
Volunteers still needed for ASHRAE Winter Conference in Chicago.
The Illinois Chapter is the host committee for the winter conference this year. The conference will be hosted at Marriott Marquis McCormick Place on January 20-24th, 2024. If you are interested in being a session volunteer and getting a registration discount, signups are available at the following Link.
First time monitors receive free registration to the full event. Returning monitors receive the reduced registration fee of $195 which includes all technical sessions and recording for one year post-conference.
