AS AN ILLINOIS CHAPTER SPONSOR, your company will not only provide vital support for education programs in 2019-20 (July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020) but also help fund ongoing chapter-level scholarship and research efforts aimed at advancing tomorrow’s HVAC&R engineers and technology. Sponsors receive exposure and special recognition at chapter events and in regular communications received by members of ASHRAE’s largest chapter worldwide.

The Illinois Chapter ASHRAE will host monthly meetings, educational, technical and social activities during the year. These events bring together hundreds from the Chicago area’s premier HVAC&R community – systems designers, consulting engineers, contractors, teachers, government officials, and manufacturers representatives. As an HVAC/R BACKER your company will not only provide vital support for these activities but also help fund ongoing chapter-level scholarship and research efforts aimed at advancing tomorrow’s HVAC&R engineers and technology. Sponsors receive exposure and special recognition on the chapter website, at events during the year and in communications received by members of ASHRAE’s largest chapter worldwide.

Platinum Level Sponsorship  ($5,000 — max available: 1)
includes
:

Golf Outing Hole Sponsorship — beverage hole sponsorship on both courses OR general hole sign on both courses.

Chapter website sponsor identification with company logo and link to your home page. Also includes permission to use "Platinum Illinois ASHRAE Supporter" on company website and marketing materials.

Identification as annual ASHRAE Platinum sponsor at membership meetings.
 

Gold Level Sponsorship  ($2,500 — max available: 6)
includes:

• Golf Outing Hole Sponsorship — beverage hole, closest to the pin or longest drive on one course OR general hole sign on both courses.

• Chapter website sponsor identification with company logo and link to your home page. Also includes permission to use "Gold Illinois ASHRAE Supporter" on company website and marketing materials.

• Identification as an annual Gold sponsor at membership meetings.
 

Silver Level Sponsorship  ($1,250 — max available: 8)
includes:

• Golf Outing Hole Sponsorship — closest to the pin or longest drive on one course OR general hole sign on both courses.

• Chapter website sponsor identification with company logo and link to your home page. Also includes permission to use "Silver Illinois ASHRAE Supporter" on company website and marketing materials.

• Identification as an annual Silver sponsor at membership meetings.
 

Green Level Sponsorship  ($750 — max available: unlimited)
includes:

• Golf Outing Hole Sponsorship — longest drive or general hole sign on one course.

• Chapter website sponsor identification with company logo and link to your home page. Also includes permission to use "Green Illinois ASHRAE Supporter" on company website and marketing materials.

• Identification as an annual Green sponsor at membership meetings.

Individual Meeting Sponsor  ($500 per Chapter meeting or other single event)  The Chapter accepts additional corporate sponsors for Chapter monthly meetings and seminars to help cover event costs. For each $500 donation, the sponsor company will be identified as a meeting sponsor beforehand in all meeting notices as well as on the Chapter website, at the event, and afterwards in newsletters or other follow-up reports.
